The Mentor Ring (TMR) is dedicated to advancing social inclusion for the public benefit, particularly for those facing disadvantages due to factors such as ethnic and cultural background, poverty, geographic isolation, and health issues.

In pursuit of this mission, TMR provides personalised mentoring sessions, tailored to address individual needs related to ethnicity, social integration, economic empowerment, and health. These sessions complement TMR's broader initiatives, including weekly coffee mornings, language classes, afterschool club and IT courses, fostering a supportive community environment for beneficiaries in Butetown and surrounding areas. TMR's holistic approach extends to health improvement, encompassing daily yoga, nutritional education, podiatry classes, and diverse physical activities for adults and children. Since 2009, the organisation has successfully organised the annual Minority Ethnic Communities Health Fair, showcasing a steadfast commitment to holistic community development and the well-being of its diverse members.
